Our nurses continue to develop our nurse-led services. They take a lead role in managing chronic conditions such as asthma, diabetes, high blood pressure and heart disease & warfarin therapy.
Minor illness and treatment room clinics (e.g. dressings, ear-syringing etc.) are run daily by the nurses.
Well Woman and Travel clinics are run weekly.
The Practice nurses also offer health education to help maintain a healthy lifestyle.
Phlebotomy Clinics are held every day in Rhymney and New Tredegar. These clinics are held from 08:30 - 12.00 in both surgeries.
